Free Flow Vs. Bound Flow

Free flow is sometimes described as an uncontrollable movement. It's fluid and allows the inner emotions to come out.

Activity 1

Bound movement is a controlled movement performed with the extremities close to the body.

After watching the video, try bound movement in your own body.

  1. Today's class was energy and trust for me. Let your body moves in the way it demands you to move. Having at the beginning the tools, as the the stick and the handkerchief help me to createa and to use my space. The movements were easier, I felt that I'm stonger than I imagine. Today at least, I felt that my hands had a lot of energy to do the strong movements even at the point that when I did some of the movements the energy of my movements unbalanced my body. Maybe, it's because I'm not used to. But it was amazing to explore my body, energy, creativity and coordination.
