  1. Breathing and movement time

I usually never think about my breathing when I’m moving my bodie, even when I sing, if I’m doing any movement I always stop when I have to breath, today I realized that when you move your body in tune with your breathing you can remove unnecessary tensions to the movement that unintentionally many times we do. I also realized that when I do any movement at the beginning I have a kind of tension, it’s like not letting my body enjoy what it’s doing, there was a moment on the class when we had to move up and down, and at the beginning I felt tense because I wanted to control all my movements and breathings and also because my knee was hurting me but when I started to move my Hans and just let my body go, I began to feel how my body was really beginning to be in tune with my breathing and it allowed me to reach a level of freedom not only in the body, but also in the mind, a feeling of total relax, without tension or stress, I could even forget about the pain I felt in my knee. At the end of the lesson I went out feeling my body and mind relaxed.
