Qualities of Levels and Directions

Levels bring our bodies closer or further from gravity.

Directions allow our bodies to move multi-dimensionally across the space.

Comments

  1. espite not having attended the first class, I was able to experience and feel through the classes that whenever I have performed movements I have only searched thinking about the rhythm, but I have never stopped to analyze that my body can also learn through slow movements. In addition, I have been able to feel that my mind connects with my body, it is not easy to get out of my comfort zone since the body demands of me and that I have to be prepared to respond to what my mind and body ask for. I'm excited about this lesson, I think I'm not just learning about movement, I'm learning about mind control too.
